When Column15 was founded in 2018, nitro cold brew was a niche product in the coffee community. As we have expanded from a pop-up stand to a permanent café and roastery, nitro cold brew has remained our cornerstone product. This has allowed us to craft our cold brew from the ground up, sourcing beans, and creating roast profiles with cold brew in mind. The result is a superior iced coffee, with less bitterness than espresso and more character than your typical cold brew.

Our coffee ice is an instantly recognizable feature of Column15. Using frozen coffee spheres allows us to keep our iced beverages colder for longer, without diluting their potency. It’s all part of our mission to craft the perfect cold brew.
Taking Flight
Coffee flights are another signature item of ours. A coffee twist on traditional beer and wine flights, they feature 5 rotating flavors of either hot lattes or cold nitro cremes.
